Welcome to Coaching With The Spirit! I'm Tracey, a devoted Christian wife, mom of neurodiverse girls, autistic mom, and passionate advocate for families. With over a decade of experience advocating for special needs, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to supporting and empowering those around me.

As a certified Autism PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidness autistic profile) Level 1 Trainer, certified Christian Coach, Advocate for Neurodivese youth (ADHA, Autism) and their parents, women’s ministry leader, and member of my church’s worship team since 2018, I have had the privilege of guiding and uplifting countless women through transformative experiences, including planning and leading impactful women's retreats. My dedication extends to my work with youth at Rising Above Daily Youth Ranch, where we offer free sports and equine mentorships to empower and inspire young lives. Here, I have seen firsthand the power of community support and mentorship in fostering growth and resilience.

We guide individuals and families toward a deeper connection with God and one another, seeing a world where they are strengthened by faith, empowered to overcome challenges, and inspired to lead lives filled with purpose and joy.

Guided by the Holy Spirit, we provide support and guidance in various areas, including Christian Life Coaching, Parenting Coaching, Marriage Coaching, Relationships Coaching, Connecting with God, Trust Issues, and Career Coaching. Our aim is to cultivate hearts that embody Christ's compassion and build relationships that exemplify His unconditional love.
